From a family history: Christopher Columbus Moore Newton was born in Bolton, Mass, March 11, 1845. “He married—– and had two sons and one daughter, I can give the names of two of his children but nothing regarding his wife.”
“Mr. Newton lived in Bolton until after the Civil War, when he went West. Christopher married out West. I suppose all of his children are living. I found the children, and regret they failed to send data.”
