Calvin J. Smith
OREGON CITY, Or., Feb. 23- (Special) Calvin J. Smith, veteran of the civil war, and member of Meade post No. 2, G. A. R., died in this city today after a week’s illness. Mr. Smith was born in Michigan in 1844 and has made his home in Oregon City for about ten years, spending some of this time in California and Iowa with his sons.
